Yes — we work with clients across India, and have active engagements in the US and UK as well. Most of our initial consultations and ongoing support happen over video call. Physical location is rarely a constraint for us or our clients.
It's a 30-minute call — mostly us listening. We'll ask about your business, what you're currently using, what's frustrating you, and what you're trying to achieve. We don't pitch in the first call. We diagnose. At the end, we'll tell you honestly whether we think we can help and what a sensible next step looks like.
We work specifically with growing MSMEs — businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but haven't yet found a system that fits how they actually work. If you have 10 to 200 people and are dealing with disconnected tools, manual processes, or poor visibility into your operations, you are exactly who we built our products and services for.
It depends on scope and complexity. A standard DigiEn iON ERP implementation for a trading business typically takes 6–10 weeks. A full custom build takes longer — 3 to 6 months depending on requirements. We'll give you a realistic timeline estimate after the discovery call, not a sales estimate.
Tally is excellent accounting software. It was built for billing and accounts — not for production planning, inventory control, CRM, or dispatch management. Many of our clients use Tally alongside our products, or integrate DigiEn iON with Tally for a seamless accounting + operations setup. We'll assess what makes sense for your situation specifically.
We don't disappear after go-live. Every client has a named support contact and an agreed support arrangement. When something breaks, or you need to add a feature, or your business changes and the system needs to adapt — we're there. Our oldest client relationships go back to when we launched operations in 2021. That continuity is something we're proud of.
